"Very nice hotel! The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! However the staff at the front desk were quite timid and not super helpful if there were any questions. However, everyone has bad days so I get it! Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. "The staff was very friendly even when i forgot what number room i was in you wasn't allowed to take the key out with you so you had to hand it back in every time you wanted to go out apart from that i enjoyed my stay i have been to a lot of hotels in London over the past few months it was quiet for being in Kings Cross i will stay there again "
