"Greta location, 10-15 mins walk into the city centre. Very warm welcome from the chap at the hotel. Couldn’t do enough for us. Room was spotless, tea and coffee facilities. Hotels.com advertise a free breakfast but they don’t do this anymore. Not an issue for us but could probably be updated. Slight noise from other rooms and the street but the hotel provide earplugs and the windows have an extra screen to try and keep noise out. "We had a great stay. I was slightly concerned with a few negative reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and clean, it would have been great if we had robes here so we could use for the pool area. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and a lively selection. The chef came out and spoke to us about dietary requirements, he said was so helpful and sweet. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Every single one!
