The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The property is a little older than most Holiday Inns I've been to but very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that catering in the evening was very limited - my own fault for not checking when booking. Plenty of eating options close by

Very nice stay

Room was nice, bed comfortable. We had to ask for clean towels and loo roll for 2nd day but these were brought quickly. Staff on reception were excellent. Breakfast was lovely and had vegan options.

Good location and comfy stay

Stayed for one night with husband. Was initially put in a room over looking air conditioning vents but moved to a quieter room on request. New room much quieter. Clean, comfortable room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so unable to comment on that. Would stay again.

Good location to get to all parts of the city to visit places of interest, shopping and food and drink options. Hotel clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast option was expensive so eat out at a cheaper establishment nearby.

Location was great but property is tired and rundown Rooms are small, the beds are small and uncomfortable. Only paid parking available almost a block away. Overcrowded with too many bus tours. Not a good value for the cost.

Had a nice stay, ideal location

Had a lovely mini break at this hotel. Very clean and in an ideal location for walking to the city centre. Enjoyed our stay and parked locally. I am returning soon with my mum. One star chalked off as I expected our room to be cleaned and made up. One of the sheets had seen better days, had a tear in it. I won't be using the bar again, far too expensive! Those was my only grumbles but not put me off my return stay.
