"Don‘t book. It‘s not a hotel. If it exists at all, it’s a private accomodation in a private residential. We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save. "I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! "

Good hotel and location to visit Manhattan

"The hotel is good, the rooms/bathrooms are small but a good place to get a good night sleep and a nice hot shower. No “surprise” fees, only $100 deposit that you’ll get back once you are out. The hotel does not have a parking lot but there’s one right next to the building or use the one the hotel has a deal with ($55 for 24hrs), located a couple of streets away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, people were nice and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it if you are planning on spending the day out visiting the city. The location is good, closed to the metro and walking distance to Times Square. Easy check in and check out and they will keep your luggage safe after check out so you can keep exploring. "
