"Hotel was fine for a night. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The lobby needs an upgrade. The plexi-glass doesn’t create the most welcoming entrance. Also, floor 5 is a smoking level. I heard customers complaining about the smell and reception staff wouldn’t move them. "

"Loved my stay here, they even upgraded my room. Property was clean and welcoming would stay anytime there is a good rate as I commute for work. Would even bring my family as its a lovely stay. "

"Clean comfortable room with a beautiful view of the harbourfront. Check in was painfully slow which was exhausting to wait in a line that long after a 6 hour flight and travel from the airport. Paying that much for a hotel room, check ins should be prompt. "

"Very spacious. Excellent area to stay in if you are going to an event near by at Rogers Arena or BC Place. You are paying for convince. Parking lot not easy to get to via GPS and very tight if you have a truck. Great place to stay."
