In general the room was nice, clean, roomy and had a great view (27th floor). The staff was helpful, but did not understand how surprised I was that a suite for 4 did not have a sofa bed (???). Instead we got a full cot - not a queen for 2 kids over 11 years old. There were no extra blankets either like most suites. I would not have chose this room at this price point. The coffee machine also did not work after 1 coffee.

It's in a great location with lots of places to shop and eat. The only downside is that the hotel has single-pane windows, so you can hear almost everything from outside.

The location was excellent. Rooms were comfortable aid fairly spacious. The kitchen amenities very useful. Excellent value for price. The gym and pool facilities were a bit dark and small, not inviting.

Selected this property because of the parking included option. Parking was 22 extra dollars after checkin. Affordable but annoying to be surpised by that. Property shows its age but is more affordable than everywhere else downtown. Nice to have a balcony option.

This hotel was very disappointing for its description. Our room was dated, not clean and really sub par considering location and listing description. I cannot recommend this place unless you get a wicked discount and even then, just be aware the rooms are nothing like the lobby.
