2 of my coworkers stayed in the same hotel and arrived earlier We had the same VIP status and yet, didnt get the same perks! They received a welcome bag but i didnt when i checked in. I didn't know until i had already checked out of the hotel. Consistency is key. In order to stay fair and not show unjust treatment

The gold member Expedia status was excellent. When we checked in they had every benefit already in place… often I have to mention “I am a gold Expedia member and explain the benefit that comes with that…. Not this time they were right on top of it all and it was very appreciated

The room we had was very old and outdated. Definitely need a smart tv to be able to stream from your personal device. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend cleaning the hot tub, we noticed a sewage type smell while in the hottub. The smell stuck to our bathingsuits and my kids floaties. Ive washed them 3 times and they still stink.... No room service. Really good location close to water and shops etc. Needs a fan for air circulation, it just rattled when i turned it on.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were taken care of. Because it was my birthday, we were upgraded to a room with a harbor view. It was great to wake up, see the harbor and how the weather changed throughout the day. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The bartenders gave several recommendations for places to eat. On our last evening, we shared a nice steak dinner as a late night snack in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was clean and we had a gorgeous view of Burrard Inlet with the mountains in the background. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant although a bit pricey served great food. The hotel was located in a convenient area within walking distance and close to the port. We would highly recommend this place.

The staff was excellent attentive to requests in a timely efficient manner The manager responded to an issue that happened before arriving with apologies consideration to resolve the issue The beds were very comfortable but were a bit on the small side for 2 people to a bed would have been better queen size Also, we loved the patio with fresh air available The only issue was the sliding door was very difficult to open but we never did ask for assistance to fix this! To recap, the 4 if us had a great time there celebrating my birthday Also, the restaurant food was great I received a bottle of wine chocolates for my birthday!!!

I’m so happy we chose this hotel. The location is great for getting to all the must visit spots in Vancouver. The design is nice, the food is good and the staff is very friendly. But most of all, the harbour view is knock your socks off fantastic. And it was very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was in a very convenient location - walkable to everywhere I wanted to go and accessible to public transportation. Great property with the kindest staff! The view was absolutely beautiful and I loved how the waterfront was just a few steps away.
