Cleanliness, I found the room to be very clean but stepped on a few pebbles and dust bunnies. Soap dispenser was dirty underneath. Check-in staff were awesome. The refunded my cab fare from the airport and assigned a room close to shuttle pick up zone to accommodate my cane and leg cast. Property conditions were good. Around the property was noisy but there's McDonald's and Fogg and Suds pub across the street. Drivers have to circle ramps to enter hotel off highway. My review is not a 5 star because I was charged for 3 days of parking, for a one night stay because my flight was canceled. I did not approve this charge nor was it mentioned at the time of check-in. I used my credit card for $1.14 towards a deposit to verify the card. Also, I left a good Apple charger in my room and I haven't received a phone call or a package in the mail returning it.

The Accent Inn was a very modern , clean and comfortable place to stay. Loved the 'little ducks', The staff were friendly and helpful'. The coffee ...well so, so however.Maybe hot chocolate would be a better option.

Loved this place. It's my new kinda secret. Service is incomplete but very dependable, reliable and relevant. Love the little touches, the reassurances, the ducks, the hot chocolate, the ionized water, the snacks, the taxi fare, the responsive room thermostat, comfy beds, clean rooms, long term parking. Disliked the hwy noise...room walls are thin. It's an old property but well refurbished.
