As an Expedia VIP I received an amazing room upgrade to an ocean view! Also received a $100 credit for food and beverage. A few small things I’d change but overall very comfortable room, well located and the view! What I disliked was the lighting. Impossible to do my makeup with yellow colored lighting. Also should have low lighting in bathrooms. A few snacks and mini bar in a hotel of this calibre would also be welcome!

Was nice, and the bed was super comfy. However our room wasn’t ready when we initially got there ( and this was after check in time) so had to wait an additional 30-40mins, but the staff were polite and gave us a drink voucher.
