"Great budget option. Good rooms and friendly staff. Be warned that there are a lot of homeless and drug users on this street and the property is next to a loud nightclub so is very noisy on weekends. Not much the property can do about either of those things. I wouldn't recommend for those with young families, but if you're on a budget, fine for couples or solo travellers, just keep your wits about you on this street."

"Had a great stay. Arrived early and they stowed my bag for me until my room was ready. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, shared bathrooms were clean and up to date. Linens were high quality and the bed was very comfortable. I loved this hotel and will definitely return."

"The hotel was very well located, it's only a 10/15min bus ride to downtown which was perfect for our visits. That being said, the area is a little sketchy looking and happens to be a street well known for its high community of homelessness and people on heavy drugs.. It can feel a little unsafe to some, to walk around at nighttime but we felt ok with this as the corner of street where the hotel is located, was ok compared to a couple blocks down.
