Poorly renovated room not aesthetically pleasing to stay in. Pull out couch was uncomfortable and the blanket was all ripped with holes in it, bad wear and tear. No fan in the bathroom to circulate air during showers. Hallway was crowded with room service carts and was unable to navigate back to the room. Overall very unpleasant stay and would like a full refund.

Overall a great stay and super convenient location as we were going to a Canucks game. Clean and modern and staff were very nice, only complaint is the wifi is not the strongest and TV had some connectivity issues.
