"We needed to book two rooms for our family of five and requested a connecting room. We got a two queen bed room and an accessible king room as a connecting room upon check-in, but the accessible room did not work well for us as we did not like the low water pressure and the shower layout and requested to change the room and the concierge changed our room to beautiful king room on the second day without any issues. The pool and sauna was really nice and we enjoyed them everyday. Also, the location was perfect. Especially since we were there for a concert at the Wembley Stadium - we were able to take a tube from Liverpool Station and it only took 20 min. We also took Elizabeth line from Liverpool Station to get to the airport which was much faster than taking a car service - we are always late to the airport and it worked out perfectly! For me personally what I loved was the bathroom amenity- "Duptyque"!!! For dinner, Duck Waffle in the next door building's rooftop was fantastic. We truly enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. "
