"As I entered the hotel I was acknowledged by staff and they did their best to have me checked in early. They were very polite and friendly and made my experience feel alot more special. I attended to celebrate a special occasion and they did everything they could to make it feel so special! Beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Cannot fault a thing. Would defo stay here again! "

"I have stayed at the Clayton (and previously the Apex) many times over the years and it is constantly reliably good which I cannot say of other hotels I have stayed in. Only problems are the aircon where the minimum temperature is 19c which is often too warm and the Wifi system which knocks out my email. Still my first choice."

"Following an 18-hour flight, this was a welcome rest; the service was impeccable. With only two elevators and one in repair, the transition between floors was slow. The breakfast was busy but good and was of value for the money. I slept very comfortably for 12 hours. It was amazing. thank you "
