"Booked for single night using reward points. It was totally worth it given booked with reward points. The spa and gym are incredible (extra fee to access on arrival) and the 'cosy' room was very comfortable with great amenities. Well worth it if you can afford it and even better with reward points. Staff were also very friendly. "

"Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London. The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The only thing I would suggest, and need to try to remember myself next time, is to see if there is a room available away from the lift. Both times I’ve stayed here, my room has been directly across from the lift so this can be noisy when people get out. It doesn’t disturb you through the night, and it wasn’t a problem I felt I needed to raise at the time, but next time I think I’d ask for a room further away just for that extra bit of comfort. Again, it isn’t like a cheap hotel where you are woken up through the night by drunk people coming and going, so you won’t be disturbed by it too much. Absolutely wonderful hotel!"
