"The staff was excellent! They helped us with all of our questions. The only thing that was a problem was the homeless people sleeping near the front door. The outdoor area in front of the hotel (table & chair area) should be closed off at night. There were several homeless people making their home for the night & it didn't feel safe to pass them while getting to the front door, as it was locked & we had to get buzzed in by the staff. "

"We recently stayed at The Chamberlain and cannot recommend it enough. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the breakfast more than substantial with an excellent buffet and menu choice. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent including the bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, great towels and toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London."
