"Really handy location for our London city break. Main areas of hotel were nice although room itself in particular the bathroom would benefit from a refresh. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor each time it was used and the temperature varied a lot with poor water pressure. We found the lady on reception at check in to be very nice however distinctly average interactions with all other staff throughout the rest of our stay. "

Only problems are the aircon where the minimum temperature is 19c which is often too warm and the Wifi system which knocks out my email. Still my first choice."
