"This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Grange Buckingham more highly. After a day riding electric bikes, it was lovely to return to our beautiful and spacious room, open a cold bev from our kitchenette fridge and enjoy pate' from their dining options before heading out to see theater. The staff were exceptional. The facility lovely and historic. Highly recommend. "

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a...
