"Convenient and clean were good points, phone unable to connect from inside, had to open outer door! Heat exchangers were noisy. Shower curtain was situated so that water ran onto the floor rather than stay in the basin! Towels were not exchanged but fortunately we were able to obtain fresh from the afternoon shift hostess who was pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was OK. "
