"My review is mixed for our stay at the property. We were locked out of our room after the front desk staff had left for the evening. The emergency number did not work. We ended up having to drive back to town to find another hotel for the night with our luggage still locked in our room. The morning staff member was amazing though and because of how we were treated by her, we would consider another stay. The grounds and our room were beautiful, it was unfortunate we couldn’t get into our room....

"Not our first time using your facility. We enjoy the location. This particular time was great as we enjoyed a day at Thermea. Clean room, easy check in. We really like the free breakfast, open early. We normally enjoy the pool and hot rub but a day at the spa was enough this trip."
