Do not go to the offsite parking, the shuttle has no accommodations for strollers, luggage etc. And they charge the same as indoor underground parking. You are better off parking at a nearby lot for half the price or park in the covered parking for the Fallsview casino hotel which is connected to the hilton with a bridge. Our second night brown disgusting water started to drip from the ceiling it was foul we called front desk and went down they kept saying we are sending someone, no one ever came. It was disgusting and we have kids hope none of us get sick. We also asked for connecting rooms they said it was but they weren't. Staff specifically front desk could care less.

Very busy at check in… but lots of front desk staff on duty to keep the line moving. Room a little musty smelling on arrival but ac system caught up with it. Great view of Falls!

Fantastic location with great service. Our room was exactly as described with plenty of towels and toiletries. Restaurant options were wide and varied. We wanted light and it was right there. Beautiful view of the fall fire works.

We were there for 2 nights with two kids. The room was very spacious and quiet. There was a great splashpad for the kids, face painting and ballons. Although we didn't get to go to the restaurants there, they looked great.

To my surprise these things were totally unacceptable and I am not going to choose Hilton after this ever. Parking - Who says its normal to charge your guests 50$ parking after they have already paid you enough. That too for a parking lot thats out somewhere. Free WiFi - I mean seriously I have to pay you to just use internet in 2024 ? What are you guys a plane at 40000 ft ? Water Bottle - If your guests are thirsty they are paying 5$ per bottle for a Dasani water ?? Breakfast - To my surprise after getting myself seated at the breakfast table I am finding out that its not even covered as complimentary in my stay and I have to pay 27$ for 2 eggs. Wow even 100$ hotels a night can offer complimentary breakfast and I just paid you guys around 400$. Equipment - Overall room was nicely decorated and clean but headrest leathers were torn, whirlpool tub was way older technology. TV is not even smart. Phone is from 90s and have only USB A to charge to your phones. Overall terrible experience.

Location was great. Got 2 rooms and both of them were hot, we were not able to sleep ( adjusted the room temp to the lowest cool setting). Bathrooms - one has no shower gel and the other one no conditioner and the facial soap was used.
