"From the moment we arrived, we were treated so very well. We asked for extra blankets and a kettle, both were delivered immediately. The room was really cozy with a nice deck to sit out. They even brought us some chairs to sit on. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff so very friendly and helpful. There is a nice breakfast available and we took advantage of it daily. We stayed 5 nights. The area is safe and walkable. Many shops and restaurants available. Richmond centre Mall is a block away. There is also a beautiful Park right behind the hotel. The underground parking is bright and easily accessed. Would definitely stay again… "

"Excellent property to stay at. Was pretty expensive for my family, but worth it in the long run. The suite was so nice and comfy. Had everything you need to have a great weekend. The only drawback was the pool is under renovations, but I knew this when I booked it. I’d stay here again. Very very clean. Cold beer and wine and a pub/restaurant in the building as well. "
