"Everything was great except our check in, they tried to change my room that I had booked 3 month prior to my reservation only because I had booked with Expedia (I heard the manager say in the back office). The girl checking us in was just doing her job but of course I was going to be upset for them trying to change my park view room. When she talked to her manager (which never came out) all of a sudden there was a room available for me, the one I had originally booked. Because everyone was nice...

"The spot is beautiful! The scenery is tropical and filled with wild-life the kids would love, such as ducks and small sharks. The lighting at night is incredible. There's also free rental items for recreational sports like tennis and basketball. Additionally, the are five heated pools throughout the resort which allowed for my 10 year old daughter and I to still swim even though it was January. I only wish they had at least one indoor pool on the premises. Great food options at Tidal and...
