"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. "Firstly, Cpt Ron is a sweetheart ❤. The original boat cookie B was unavailable so we stayed on the Kayla Leigh instead. Captain Ron is very friendly and informative, we enjoyed the stay and chatting with him and his lovely wife. It was my first time on a small boat overnight and it takes a little getting used to being a tall girl, 😁 outside of adjusting to the shower/toilet situation I had a great stay! Highly recommended and I would book again. "

For me Lazy Parrot offered the respite that I needed after dealing with the repercussions of Hurricane Ian in my Fort Myers Beach area.
