"This was our first time staying in the Temecula Wine Valley. We very much liked the resort and made use of the spa, tasting room, and Vineyard Rose Restaurant. Everything was top-notch. A bonus was the ability to walk to neighboring wineries and the close driving proximity to historical downtown Temecula. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't have bathrobes in our room and the front desk quickly remedied the situation. My only negative comment would be the resort could use some...

"This property is beautiful! Very nicely landscaped. We did not get to do the wine tasting on site or eat at the restaurant because they close early, but we got a ride on their shuttle to their sister winery South Coast, which is very close and open later. It's also very close to Lorimar. The room service breakfast was delicious."

"The young man that brought my room service to my room a couple of times was so thoughtful. He recommended places to go. Was so friendly. Promote him. The shower water wouldn’t get hot on day two. Rooms need a Reno. They are dated. The rest of the property is amazing. Clean and beautiful. "

"Very warm and welcoming history-laden hotel with many unique offerings. The condition of my room and the common areas was excellent, both from a cleanliness and appointments perspective. Some of the carpets and woodwork in the hallways and elevator are in need of a little TLC, but it's understandable in a post-COVID world with an independent hotel that's probably faced a number of financial challenges. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and pleasant."
