"Checking in got to be a rocky start.I was not given any hospitality in regards to any Information on where any of the accommodations were.It was not a warm welcome whatsoever-very disappointing. Normally when you go to a hotel,they go over all the amenities that the hotel offers Normally, you are ask is this your first time visiting our hotel. I was very disappointed to find out that the small quaint restaurant bar was only open certain hours, but again I was not told about any accommodations in...

"As expected. Clean, good breakfast, nice personnel. Our room was not cleaned the other day as promised. At the checkout they tried to charge me for a 3-night parking although I told them at the check in that I didn’t have a car. The outdoor pool was not heated as promised. Very noisy area around. "

"This is about my 3rd time staying here. Always a pleasant stay. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of food venues literally next door at the Garden walk. Location is a 5 min walk to the Toy Story parking lot to catch the shuttle to Disney parks. "

"We love staying at this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland park. It is reasonably clean, reasonably priced, and it includes breakfast, which helps save us money later in the day. I will say that this trip I felt the breakfast was not as good as in previous stays. The mattress was more firm than I would prefer and we found more than one insect in our room during our four nights stay. But I love this hotel and I would stay here again without a doubt."
