"There were pro's and con's to this property. When booking, I didn't realize the rooms all had doors you access from outside (from the pictures it looked like the rooms had balconies) It makes me feel safer to be in an enclosed hotel. There was also construction going on and the one pool was closed. Due to the construction-I assume-our shower did not get hot. Just lukewarm. The staff was very nice and they did have a lovely free breakfast every day with made to order omelets, bagels, fruit,...

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
