Receiving my keys initially I wasn’t given a lot of information on the property and where to park for convenience to my room so I was wandering around. The guy had headphones in and seemed stressed and rushed through everything. Wasn’t satisfied with my stay at all so I left early and feel like I wasted money.

Bedding didn’t appear to be changed. Sheets were wrinkled, worn, and gray. I found a long black hair in the bed and there was a blood stain on the mattress pad that you could see through the sheets. The carpet was very dirty and worn along with the fixtures. The room was tiny. This was like a motel with entrance from the outside. The pool area was nice but we never had the opportunity to use it.

For the price, it was clean and has good facilities like a pool. However, the WiFi was unstable, unsecured and spotty. I was unable to work as the WiFi kept dropping off. They said they knew it was a problem and said they were upgrading/updating it but I think they may have just said that, so if you need WiFi, don’t stay here.

They truly made an effort to have beds & pillows that are top notch. Maybe the building is old but they have redecorated in a very tasteful way. The shower head is one of the best ones in the market. Great value for my money

Pool and hot tub were always clean. The area is very quiet and a great place to walk to dining restaurants and close to stores if you need anything. Staffs were all very friendly! Check in was smooth and fast.

Dated property. Room sinks faucet was broke and leaking on counter top. Sink was clogged and constantly full of water. Shower faucet felt like it was breaking any time you turned it. It was sooo hard to turn. Shower head was a trickle so myself and daughter went to a salon for a quick shampoo because there was no way that shower would work for anyone with longer hair. Bathtub also would clog during a quick rinse off shower. Rugs need replaced. So dirty. At one time this spot was probably amazing. It really needs an update and deep clean. Now, on the flip side. The location is walkable to restaurants, Kroger and a Starbucks. Walking out your door of the room had an amazing view of camelback mountain, a walking path and water. Also, a really cool disk golf course that was always being used. The location of this motel (because it really isn’t a resort) is amazing. I would stay again if they updated ad cleaned.

The most you can describe this place is a motel, far from been resort, no room service, no breakfast, The room was clean, but the hot top leaking, small look like 1 star hotel parking in the street, way to much to pay $178 a night ,!it was a bad decision

This is not a resort! This is an old motel in a sketchy area. The rooms were old and the bathroom had mold inside. Old decor and cigarettes all over the ground. This hotel is a scam. I do not recommend this place. 11-16-24
