We have stayed here 2 other times 8 and 10 years ago. They have let this place go horribly. It is a poorly maintained apartment complex. Dirty. Our balcony was so covered in old bird crap it could have been shut down by the health department. Room service was awful—asked for several things- zero follow up. They actually never came back. Asked for our room to be cleaned- in 4 days they came only came the first day. The pool staff is great- the pool is nice. Other than that I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here at all, ever again. We recommended 2 of our friends travel there with us, I was embarrassed by the recommendation.

My first time visiting the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was exceptional, and I can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful property, it reminded me of Italy. It's very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbours. The only two things are: -I wish the bathroom in our room was more clean when we arrived. It had somebody's hair on the shower wall and the hair drier in the sink cabinet had stains on it. - two pools near our building were closed during the entire four day trip:(

Very hilly. Large resort, beautiful pools and golf course. Did not like our reservation being canceled and it was already paid. No one could explain why the reservation was cancelled or by who.

I had a fantastic stay here. From the free early check in to the amazing pool facility and great staff everywhere. The room was large and clean and had a nice balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
