"Things you need to know when you stay here: - No coffee at all in the hotel or rooms. Great walkable spots all around the streets - No fridge in room or in hotel for guest use - No view - we looked at a brick wall but we didn't care! - No closet or dresser - you get 3 hooks and 6 hangers for your clothes. - The twin bed room is just big enough, think a large euro room. - You should be very comfortable with the person you stay with as there is NO sound proofing at all between the bathroom and the bedroom. A barn door does not cover any sounds. We turned on the tv whenever someone was using the bathroom. - It was super clean and updated! Beds were comfy. This was exactly what we wanted at a pretty dang good price - location was superb, right in Union Square and easy to walk to BART and surrounding areas. My sister and I loved the twin bed set up, the room had just what we needed and not a touch more. Purified water dispenser in the lobby. The free drink coupons for the bar around the corner was a nice touch and we took them up on it. I wanted a clean room with a nice bed for not too much money and this is exactly what we got. Can't wait to stay there again! "

"Spacious hotel and lobby with nice bar /pool area. Lots of functions going on in function rooms. No shopping areas in close proximity. Pool is much smaller than pictures but still was nice. "
