"The Grand Bay Hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable chairs for reading or watching TV and ample desks for working. I particularly appreciated the restaurant, which offered a variety of dinner options so I didn't have to venture out. The service was good, the staff friendly. The hotel is close to SFO, convenient for catching a flight."

"A fun trip for my daughter and I. Ate some great food, did some shopping and saw a concert. First time at this hotel. Really enjoyed ourselves. We took advantage of the breakfast, snacks, bar, living room area and the late check out. Definitely will stay here again."

"This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."
