The Palace Hotel is beautiful and elegant. Customer service was impeccable. Our room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 9 floors so I will try to get a room on any floor higher than 3 next time. Other than that, perfection.

Old world charm with the odd manageable issue that old properties have. Beware, you have to pay for WiFi, which I hadn’t seen in hotels for ages.

I especially liked swimming pool and in dining room service was great! Overall, the hotel was old and has limited dining option, but was very clean, comfortable bed, and staffs were nice.
