"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "Theyvallowed pets in the neighboring unit that were left alone by the owners. The mnagement promptly took care of it and when I returned from the hot tub the dogs were reasonably quiet. "

"Updated Hotel, Clean and well organized. Professional Staff. We have been in Hawaii many times. This Hotel did not disappoint us. You have to visit Monkeypod Restaurant, it is amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"rooms are very small, and because of that I think some doors inside the room open in a non-traditional direction (like bathroom door)! but they are clean. check-in and check out are very easy! staff were friendly! "
