"Loved staying here , it’s our third time, always , i wished there’s a microwave to warm up left overs from restaurant in the room or somewhere in the lobby . The food in Hawaii is expensive and left overs got wasted for lack of microwave. I noticed the hotel’s drinking water dispenser for the guests . "Wonderful staff, so accommodating and willing to please. Pool area was awesome and the wine and cheese parties were a great opportunity to meet people Coffee in morning, favoured water all day are great. The property could use some upgrades, like the couches, mattresses and bedding, but for our stay, we really enjoyed it. "

"Second time staying here and was still amazing. Staff is so welcoming and friendly, true ohana feeling. Property is beautifully maintained and in an excellent location- wonderful beach and working walking distance to Whaler’s Village for shopping and dining. Though the onsite restaurant- Maui Brewing Co.- had excellent food and the best Mai tai ever (yes, better than Monkeypod’s). The only minor complaint is we paid for an ocean view room and I’d say we got more of a partial ocean view the way...

"Excellent hotel with two exceptions. First, the beds were too soft, providing only minimal support. And second, was the noise. Omg, we chose a room facing the city because we were told that rooms facing Kalakaua were noisy from the street. But there were numerous roof-top air conditioners across from our city facing side producing noise 24/7. "
