"This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!"

"The room was great! My only issue was with the pool and tennis court. They are not easily accessible. My room was at the back of the property, but the only entrances to those areas were at the front of the property, with no signage to point the way. Other than that, great location, right near the beach! I look forward to returning."

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
