"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. It has housekeeping daily which is great. The self parking is great, never struggle to find parking space here. You take the elevator from basement to main floor which is so easy accessible. The mall next door has two big food courts and a huge target for you to shop your necessities so avoid driving looking for stuffs. The room itself is in good condition and it has shampoo for you already. The checkin line takes a few seconds to complete, unlike what the reviews here say. I would definitely come again! The pool and seating there are beautiful and they offer pool towels too. Their fitness center is a good size. Staff was kind on my days there! "

The location is amazing—just a short walk from the beach, which made it super convenient for daily swims and sunset walks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure everything was smooth. The breakfast was a nice surprise—plenty of options and filling enough that I barely needed lunch most days. The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean. It’s not a fancy or luxury place, but if you’re looking for a practical, affordable stay near the beach, this is a fantastic option. Definitely great value for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again!"
