"Huge property. A lot of walk to get to the beach because the property is huge. The 3 swimming pools are good but needs to come early so you could get chair by the pool."

"Good place to stay if you want to be near allthe action of Waikkii, but the hotel was very busy during our stay. Long waits for the elevators and they tried to charge me $50 for holding my luggage that I ship by FedEx. "

"Rob at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service when we checked in. The location of the hotel is central to shopping and dining in Waikiki. The hotel is right off the beach where you carefully need to step across a yard of shells to get to the sandy area. Most people didn’t seem to mind it. The elevator can be a little frustrating. I wish there was a hot tub area for adults only, especially for the price we pay to stay here. "

"Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not...

"Loved that there were front & back entrances. One for quicker walk to main strip and the other quicker to the beach. Had a retractable clothes line in the washroom which was helpful after beach days. "
