"We very much enjoyed our stay and the facilities at the Kauai Shores Hotel and would happily rebook here without a second thought! It was convenient to restaurants, shops and many activities. Being centrally located on the island made it easy ( with a car) to reach key points of interest on the island. The staff was outstanding at meeting our needs and requests and the resort in general was well maintained and clean. The only issue that we encountered was the parking. The spaces allocated to self parking were very narrow and we frequently found that guests needed to use 2 spaces to accommodate their vehicles or found themselves in such tight spaces that it was nearly impossible to get in or out of their cars. Valet parking resolved the parking issue, but wasn't convenient if plans entailed frequent trips to/from the resort. The beachfront allowed for great ocean swimming and relaxing on site."

"The hotel is so convenient offering with free breakfast and shuttle back and forth to the airport. The area is surrounded by a Thai, Korean, Japanese cuisines as preferred. Around 4 minutes drive to the restaurants and a walkable food stores along the street of the hotel is another option. "

"Clean and affordable. It could use some updates but sounds like this is going to begin summer of 2025. The staff was wonderful and the best housekeeping staff! Loved Joann! The size is nice as everything is accessible within steps."
