"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"It was a nicely renovated property, but no A/C only ceiling and floor fans. There was a portable window a/c in the closet, but no where to put it. The shampoo & conditioner were very watered down and we wound up purchasing our own. Bedroom window screens had some holes and one side lever was broken/didn't open or close. "

"The walls of this place were very thin. We could hear every word being said by the neighbors next to us and below us and many of the other units. It was supposed to be quiet time at 9pm but we were kept up late the two nights we stayed and ended up leaving 6 days early because the place was so bad.
