"My overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only negative experience was the main beach. There were rocks in the water and no warning of such. One gentleman guess heard me complain and asked that I include his fall in the rocks where he bruised his knees. "

"An amazing extended family vacation to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The staff, Rennis, Michelle and Sonia provided the best care for our whole family, including 5 children. The food was excellent and Sonia kept our clothes and villa clean which was a challenge with 12 people. Michelle prepared meals that the adults loved (especially her jerk chicken) and lots of pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. Rennis has extensive knowledge of the area as well as activities both...

"The resort is stunning and impeccably maintained, with its location just a 25-minute drive from the airport. The entire staff—ranging from registration and concierge to waiters and housekeeping—exceeds expectations. They are all courteous and proficient in English. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a delightful café area. I highly recommend this resort; your money is well spent on the all-inclusive package."

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
