"I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. "

"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel.
