Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. "I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."
