Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. Did not like rep at Guess Relations she had bad attitude and she is there to help guests. But other...

"Was there for a 5 day girls’ trip for my 50th birthday. Staff was amazing - so friendly, helpful, eager to do anything to make our stay better. Entertainment by the pool was great. However, room smelled damp, bathroom sink was clogged, outlets didn’t accommodate standard plugs well, and doors to the rooms slammed very loudly at all hours. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. Overall, for the money we spent, it was a good trip. "
