"Property by far was the most beautiful, clean, stunning and breathtaking at every step you took. Amazing decor and restaurants were something out of this world. Although everything was perfect and jaw dropping, the staff was by far the best. My favorites were Dacia from Guest Services, Sasha-Gaye from the Buffet, Myles from the Entertainment crew and Craig from the front desk. I have traveled the world and this resort has excelled my expectations by far. "

I ate at 9 out of 20 bars and restaurants within my 4 night stay. I received one of the best massages from their spa. Great resort! I will be returning!"

"Great food (except the jerk hut was more “tourist jerk” than real), great entertainment, lovely pool areas and spa. The Rum Factory restaurant and served Julia deserve a special recognition. Awesome experience there. The main areas are well kept. The rooms are very clean but need some updating. I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so "

"The only thing we didn't like is the “resort credit.” It was not fully outlined as in detail to how it works and technically it is not a “resort credit” but coupons that could be used towards services making it discounted. We had a $654 “resort credit” that we were not able to truly enjoy and it was one reason why we had chosen this resort. Please outline the criteria a lot better to explain that it is not a “resort credit” but credit that is ultimately allocated as coupons off certain amenities at the resort. I would hate for other guests to be deceived or fouled thinking it’s an actual resort credit that could be used at the gift shop, spa and/or etc. Please be warned that once again it is money that is allocated toward a coupon off a service. Other than that the resort was amazing and staff was very friendly "

"We had a awesome time and we will do it all over again in a heartbeat the food was excellent lots of choices, Loretta the entertainment cordenator was excellent, the one person that went above and beyond was Crystal from the dining room u all should be very proud to have her as an employee she raised the bar to the highest level this comment is from Hector and Millicent Coote from room 89."

"The property was well maintained, it was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a total of 6 days. The Restaurant are very good. The only issue we had was that every day at the buffet the same thing was served chicken every day in every way as much as you pay for this resort you should be able to eat well every day. The restaurants are packed and by reservations only.. If you have to eat at the buffet it should be a little better variety. Other than that this Hotel is the Chef’s Kiss"
