"We visited for 4 days, 3 night and had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious! We also ordered dinner one evening and it was wonderful as well. The food was flavorful and we can tell fresh ingredients were used. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. "Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. "My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area. "

"True to its name it is a Peaceful Cozy Place. Located in Montego Bay West Village. "This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. The room was well maintained and clean however the doors had huge gaps in the framing and the king bed was 2 twins pushed together which...

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!"

"I would visit this resort a 1000 times over again. This was my second time visiting Jamaica but 1st time at the Riu Palace and I ENJOYED! From the entertainment, to the friendly staff, the food 10/10, and the scenery. I love Jamaica and whenever I come back, I will definitely be booking at this resort. "

"We loved the property! The beach is perfect and had kayaks, paddle boards, a bar and plenty of beach places to get shade or sun. The front desk staff was lovely and accommodating. Our mattress was firmer then what we are used to and the staff helped by giving us a blanket topper which was nice. The cleaning staff was wonderful and came every day. The food was good too and we especially loved the upgraded dinner. Every restaurant was beautiful. I would stay again! "

"This property is beautiful, the Ziva is older (built in 70's) of the two hotels and very grand. It is family-oriented so a little busier and noisier and though we went as a couple, our accommodations were at Ziva. Our room was comfortable with views of pools and ocean from lovely balcony; updated bathroom. The Zilara is all adults, newer facility and has adult oriented activities. The grounds are beautifully tended with palm trees and flowering shrubs everywhere. We enjoyed the variety and quality of food at the restaurants especially Flavorz, French and Italian restaurants. Also enjoyed breakfast daily at Choicez and the amazing coffee at Aromaz and Grindz espresso bars. The staff was friendly, helpful and plentiful at the restaurants and in general throughout the resort. Plan to visit Jamaica again and will definitely stay at Zelara in the future! "
