Staff is great. There is a surcharge of 15dollars every time you order room service but the room service food is actually good . Restaurant options are amazing . Authentic Jamaican food. It was an amazing resort . Drinks are on point . I stayed at princess grand but I will definitely try mangrove which is the adults only side that have bungalows. 7.5/10 . Worth it "
