"I love this property. I’ve been coming for years and will continue visiting. I love the home sweet home feeling that I get when I arrive. Some rooms are dated but they are fixing up the hotel little by little. The staff are amazing "

"We brought our two toddlers with us on this trip and could not have been more pleased by our experience. The staff was incredible and absolutely spoiled our kids. While the resort did show a little age, it was pretty clean and you could tell they tried to keep up with the upkeep. The rooms were a little smaller than some of the other resorts we've been to but still had everything we needed. The pools were great and quite through the middle of the week. The beach is small but the retaining wall kept the waters calm. This is the fourth international resort we've been to and 3rd all-inclusive and the food was the best we've experienced. The buffet had a great variety and food was always hot and appeared fresh. All the restaurants we ate at were good as well. Would come back to this resort or recommend friends and family to come. "

"My husband and I traveled with our friends and we had such a wonderful time!!! Plenty of food and drinks at any time of day. We liked that we had access to the Ziva side for additional options. Our favorite dinner spots were DiRosa and Fuzion, absolutely fantastic. The only negative is that room service requests were a little slow but not a deal breaker. Would definitely return!!"

"The resort was lovely and beautiful! The food is Great!!!! (I only ate at the buffet). The staff were great. The room was great. I tip $2-5 for room service, getting more water/ drink for my room, waiters. Some people think that’s including and it’s not. In some customs they don’t (I think it’s rude to not tip). All I ask is to refill my water when it’s empty. One breakfast, a waiter, keep walking by my table. Didn’t refill my water for 15mins, so I got up and refilled my own drink. So I didn’t tip. Beach was good. No beach umbrellas so bring a hat. Wear swim shoes bc the ocean feels slimy. Over all I would definitely staff here again!!"
