We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "I been comming here wt the family over 15 years,to tell people the truth is very nice,but sometimes get out hand situations,personal trys to help out at all times.But maintance needs to be more carefull about cleanning,they need to focus in bathtubs and the little details that would be more like for keeping safe for bacterias.Just a friendly suggestion,TY"

"We had a great stay. I only have a couple complaints. The parking is atrocious. Its outrageously expensive. 50CD a night for offsite in a radom parking lot. My last complaint is i chose this hotel based off the view of the falls from the cover photo ehich is supposedly a dinning toom view. The falls are no where near as close to the hotel as they make it seem. The room itself was great. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The casino was massive and we had a great time otherwise. "
