"We had a great stay. I only have a couple complaints. The parking is atrocious. Its outrageously expensive. 50CD a night for offsite in a radom parking lot. My last complaint is i chose this hotel based off the view of the falls from the cover photo ehich is supposedly a dinning toom view. The falls are no where near as close to the hotel as they make it seem. The room itself was great. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The casino was massive and we had a great time otherwise. "

"The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Check in was done quickly. The ambience and decor was a beautifully done Art deco style. Very clean. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.. Breakfast was typical continental Also, free parking available next to the hotel. Was a great location to visit Niagara Falls. I definitely recommend"

"The hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of shopping and restaurants all around it. The courtyard is a really unique space and was the reason why we chose to stay there. The hotel definitely has some miles on it. It looks like alot of things are worn and ready for an upgrade or at least a paint job. I wasnt happy to find that at check in, i had to pay an additional $500 incidental security deposit for our 2 rooms. I was lucky that my card had enough money on it to cover the fee....
