"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"I really like the price and that is in a walkable distance from the main area. It's not so close that you can hear the noise, which is very good. The room was clean and everything was in place. I would definitely stay here again. The staff who checked us in was very nice and polite. The checked out process was easy and smooth."

"This is the best possible location for a stay in Niagra on the lake. The property is stunning, it's quiet, the view of the water is spectacular, and it's a 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. There are 3 wings, so max 3 couples can stay here at any time, and therefore lots of personal space for everyone. If you want solitude, but access to everything Niagra on the lake has to offer, this is it."
