The price was good but to get clean linemen took 2 days and I was staying there as a victim of Domestic Violence and the staff gave my info out over the phone to my abuser and found me and was Harrasing me

I recently stayed at this motel 6, not expecting much and unfortunately, it didn’t even meet my low expectations. While the location was convenient for my trip, and the staff was somewhat friendly, my experience was disappointing because of the cleanliness issues. After settling into my room, I didn't immediately pull back the covers, but when I finally did, I was horrified to discover red stains (im hoping wasn't blood) and dirt marks on the sheets. It was alarming, to say the least. Especially because i had already sat down on top of the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they did bring me new sheets, which I appreciated. However, they didn’t offer to change them for me; they simply handed them over and left me to handle it myself. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and upset, especially given that cleanliness should be a top priority after covid. If it weren’t for the location and the somewhat helpful staff, this would’ve been a total miss for me. I probably wont be back any time soon.

The staff was fantastic and friendly at check-in. Very helpful! The rooms are what you would expect. Beds and pillows are very well used and due for replacement. I would stay here again.

They gave me a room, completely reeking of smoke. I had reserved a non-smoking room, the room was dirty the sheets had cigarette burns, the TV control did not have batteries , the hotel was very deteriorated, I do not recommend it not even the worst case scenario. Spend another 70 dollars more and you will have a much more decent hotel.

positives: relatively easy to find, room right at hand for parking, unloading, and reloading luggage, bed clean, and comfortable, room temperature easily adjusted for personal preference. negatives: dripping spicket in bathroom/ toilet bowl and toilet sides could have been cleaner. there was a mix-up at front desk but corrected once error was realized.

Bad service all around.
Key card wouldn't work second night we were there. Instead of reprogramming it, the desk cleck gave my husband a very hard time because the "reservations" weren't under his name though he provided his ID. We have an unusual last name so there shouldn't have been a question. Instead, I had to come into the office to show my ID. I get having sercurity, but the room was paid for under his card and we just wanted to get into our room. Really didn't need the clerk's attitude! Also, for over $100 a night, i expected some sort of maid service, at least fresh towels. Nope, nothing. We've stayed here before for business usually twice a year. Guess I'll go to Red Roof next time.
