Cottages in New York

"Lovely place to stay, beautiful rooms (although could have done without the creepy art next to the bed), only one hair in the sink upon check in and a red/brown mark on the bathroom door frame. Door staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, reception were a bit stressed at times. We didn’t use the food facilities so can’t comment. Only a 5 minute walk to grand central station which was convenient. We were in a room that could be adjoining so found the neighbours very loud at times. The beds were incredibly comfortable and so were the pillows, would LOVE to know where I can find those pillows for myself!"

"The property was perfect for my 50th birthday celebration! The staff surprised me with a few goodies too! Also location was fabulous! My daughter and I walked every where or took the subway! The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a long day out on the town! I will definitely stay with Arlo again! "

"This place was amazing to stay at! We loved it no complaints at all! Right next to the subway also! The staff was very helpful, what’s pretty neat is they check for people to acaully head up the elevators so you feel extremely safe. A restaurant and bar located in the lobby and the food was actually good. 10 out of 10"
